Whitney Wallace is a pianist, educator and entrepreneur living in New York City.
Pianist
Whitney is a classically-trained pianist, skilled at accompanying, sight-reading, and sensitive playing. She currently subs on Key 1 for Aladdin on Broadway. Whitney also plays for dance classes at Ballet Academy East, Children’s Theater Productions for Polaris Productions and senior centers through Sing For Hope.
Educator
Whitney passionately works with students of all ages. She teaches private piano lessons, coaches musical theater vocal repertoire, and runs a sing-a-long for families with babies and toddlers. Whitney is invested in helping all of her students reach their musical potential.
Entrepreneur
In 2007, Whitney founded In The Pocket NYC, a collective of teaching musicians. ITPNYC provides high caliber music lessons and performances to their community while raising money and awareness for organizations that help others through the Arts. In 2012, Whitney created SING SING SING, a kids vocal ensemble, which performs with a live band in venues around New York City.
